First attempt at Neapolitan
« on: August 06, 2014, 08:51:53 PM »
Hi, I love neapolitan pizza and have been eating it forever. I have always been making ny pizza at home since I have no wood fired oven, but today I decided to take my best crack at it. Imo it came out ok, but for a first try I think I did pretty damn good! If you have any questions on how I cooked it dont be afraid to ask.

(Sorry for the bad pics hand shook every time)

I think Bob may be saying your forum name and the thickness of the pizza are at great odds with each other.

If that is what you wanted, that is all that matters.  But, the suggestion is to make it thinner next time by using less dough for the same size pie.
