I'm thinking about picking up a used Hobart N50 for mixing pizza dough and other general kitchen use. A few of you guys seem to own that mixer, and I was wondering how much dough you've been able to mix at once?

I can comfortably mix enough dough for three 14" pies at once; four 14" pies with a little crowding. I'll have to look at my recipe to see how much flour that is.

Yes. The N50 can do that easily.
