Here's a tip for those of you who want to remove a lot of liquid from your canned tomato's.Pick up a 1 gallon paint strainer from your hardwear store and use it to strain.It is a super fine mesh,re-usable,washable and strong for under 2 bucks.Works the same way as an expensive Chinoisse.
