"Lou Malnati's Chicago Style Pizza" Thread gone...?

Hello all,

ex-Chicagoans giving deep dish a first try today, while searching the web came across
this great site and the discussion from April 24, 2003 on making Malnati's/Chicago
that doesn't seem to be in the main "Chicago Style" board anymore.

Is it archived, deleted, considered inferior?
We're just trying to decide where to start!!
At least we picked up a couple of deep dish pans from Schweppe's before we left,
started initial seasoning yesterday.

I clicked on the link you provided and it took me to the right thread. I also looked at the threads indexed under the Chicago style and found the thread listed on the second page, four down from the top.
