ex-Chicagoans giving deep dish a first try today, while searching the web came across
this great site and the discussion from April 24, 2003 on making Malnati's/Chicago
that doesn't seem to be in the main "Chicago Style" board anymore.

At least we picked up a couple of deep dish pans from Schweppe's before we left,
started initial seasoning yesterday.
