Don't use table salt. It's got a totally different level of salinity and throws off all these recipes. But you can use kosher salt which you can buy for 60 cent for a huge box at any supermarket. Sometimes it's in the kosher section, sometimes wtih the regular salt

My servers are down and my system administrator is away for the weekend. Should be up tomorrow.
