Why? All kinds of wonderful tomatoes start showing up in the local farmers' markets. I picked up some incredibly flavorful yellow cherry tomatoes this morning. I just happened to have a dough in the fridge.
With a dash of sea salt, oregano, pecorino, parmesan, mozz and extra virgin olive oil.
Tasted like summer!
