Canada source of All Trumps or KASL?

Hi all,

It's been a while since I asked this here, but I figured that with so much time passing, maybe someone new would have the answer (or someone old--I'm not picky).

Does anyone know where I, as a Canadian, could get my hands on either All Trumps or KASL flour?  Either a store in Canada, or a store in the USA that ships to Canada for less than a king's ransom?  Any quantity would be fine, although I would prefer a 25 or 50 pound bag.  I've looked all over the place, and can't find a source.

Dave so far I have had no luck finding those flours in Southern Ontario.I have tried numerous food suppliers including the major ones in T.O that specialize in the pizza biz.
