Since this question has come up before, I decided to call Foremost Farms, a well-known manufacturer of PZ-44. I was told that the smallest size bag of PZ-44 is 50 lbs. However, I was aware from past readings of posts at PMQ that Foremost will send samples of PZ-44 to interested parties, particularly those who may be interested in trying it out in their pizza operations. I asked about this practice and was told that a sample typically is about 5 pounds. I will leave it up to you as to how or whether you want to call and ask for a sample (you may have to indicate professional interest or offer to pay otherwise), but the number to call is 608-355-8772.
