which one?

I understand that there are a couple of different books out there to have.
Peter Reinhart has the American Pie, Bread Bakers Apprentice, Crust and Crumb too I think

Which one(s) do I need to have in my kitchen?
Any recommendations.
Any other informative books that you are using out there.

For Pizza you need at least American Pie and I would recommend Reinhart's other books as well.

i only have american pie, so i can't speak for the others, but i've found it to been worth my $15.79.

I would also suggest to have a good bread book in your collection.  A good book of breads of the world will help to understand the different doughs rises and crusts of pizza. Altough the book may only have one or two pizza dough recipes in it, reading the other bread recipes and techniques help you to become a better pizza maker. At least it did for me.

I have all three of Reinhart's books that you mention.

I recommend American Pie and the Bread Baker's Apprentice. Crust and Crumb is good too!

Thanks for the information, nice to have input from others as to what is good to have. I do have Beard On Bread, a James Beard book that I use frequently to make breads.
Guess its off to the bookstore this week.
