Dear friends, i'm from china and  i love pizza,so i decided to do it by myself.
but i wanna know which kind of cheese is the best choice for making pizza.

 Welcome to the Pizza making forum. There are many different opinions here as to what is the best cheese for pizza. You should be using mozzarella cheese, it has very good melting qualities. If you can find it fresh mozzarella or whole milk can also be used for a more authentic/ fresh taste. There are many different brands of Mozzarella, so you will just have to find one to your liking.
