ripe bananas sliced in half lengthwise, with generous sweet condensed milk on top. A lil powdered sugar and cinnamon to top off, and you're in heaven.

A follow up:

This is a dessert pizza that is delicious!

Most Brazilian pizzarias serve this as a dessert pizza- on top of a thin crust Neapolitan or NY style crust.  The secret is to use ripe bananas, and slice them in half, so they cook faster.  You can pour the sweetened condensed milk on the crust, and then place the bananas on top of the milk, or put the bananas first, then pour on the milk.

Here i Mexico I use something called "cajeta" which is kind of caramelized goat milk. I spread that on the crust then add add "platano macho" which is a larger banana and has more flavour than a tabasco banana. Then after the banana slices I sprinkle some brown sugar and pecans and then I bake it. U should try it like this and see if u like it.
