Caputo Rosso Pizza flour from La Cuisine

La Cuisine sells Caputo Rosso Pizza flour in 5 pond bags at $7,50 a bag but through August has a 15% discount coupon. The shipping charges are $6.50 for 1-3 bags and $9.50 for 4-6 bags. Flour is advertised as 13% protein and 00 tipo flour. La Cuisine is in Alexandria, Virginia and took 7 days to get an order  to Texas by ground shipping. I have never used Caputo Rosso Pizza flour and would be interested in comments about this flour.

Ciros's in Naples blends Rosso with Pizzeria about 50/50.  It is normally used for bread and adds a little weight to the pizza dough.  The pizza at Ciro's is excellent, but I don't think adding Rosso is necessary.  100 percent Pizzeria is just fine.
