any of the makers sell a food service only sauce like this?
i'm finding this thick, zesty sauce topped on some trendy pizza places, on squares mostly, these days in nyc.
it doesn't taste 'store made' because various places seem to have the same thing.
don't get me wrong, it's not like i've never chopped a ton of garlic and tossed it with olive oil and topped my pies...
just that right now, these sauces i've tasted are very zesty and i dont see much garlic bits...
maybe the are heavily assualted with simple garlic powder or g.salt before the oven, with some fresh garlic.
