Does anyone have a good sauce for white pizza??
I know it is just olive oil and garlic but what proportions??? I don't want to waste my KASL flour on experiments...
Any suggestions appreciated.

There is a good post for a white sauce on here from mama mia somewhere. And I also have found a couple over time and will post them for you this weekend.
Usually a good one includes garlic parmesean butter olive oil salt

Never used ricotta in white sauce but sounds good.
Better to use Half and Half than to use milk in the sauce. All milk including whole, has a lot of water in it.

Yes, I'm still searching...
I thought it would just be oil, garlic, herbs, parmesan in a certain ratio.
Milk on a pizza??? I fear sogginess...

hmm.. I am trying to think, I will search for a pizza like that. but I make alfredo pizza quite often, I top it with spinach, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms.. the toppings are endless, I like baby spinach & grilled chicken breast the best.

The sauce is usually quite thick crust does not get soggy. Oh yeah, as usual I keep forgetting my recipe book in the kitchen. So I am sorry, I will bring it with me tommorow and post those white sauce recipes for you.

#2 is exactly what I was looking for... My mouth is already watering in anticipation.
I plan on topping with sliced tomato- but I will definitely try another white pie when my garden tomatoes come in...
I'm going to cook the pie just until the cheese colors and the crust turns light tan and bubbles-not too dark-
I might try to post a pic...
