I don't know about dry mozzarella di bufula but I got some cheese from an italian deli that was imported from italy. I forget the name of it but it was a dry cheese made from bufallo's milk. It was a great compliment when mixed in with Typical Fresh Mozzarella. I mixed it with some Buffalo Mozzarella and it wasn't as good. It crisped on top of the melted Buffalo Mozzarella where as it fused with the normal Mozzarella. I'll have to buy some more so I can get the name.
