Graphic pen mostly.  These days I do much more work on the computer in Adobe Illustrator.

I have been interested in the definition of "art" most of my life.  I strongly believe that this word is malleable and actually defined by the individual using it. 

Yes, I am passionate about pizze.  It is my life.

I’ve really enjoyed following most of this topic.

IMHO, cooking, baking and the like are an intelligence.  Another way of saying it is – It is a skill.

BTW science and art are not opposites but are intertwined.  Take painting; there is a science to the mixing of colors and making of shapes and forms.

  I cannot say with any certainty whether pizza is Art or Science, maybe a bit of both. It does seem  overwhelmingly that those who consider it a form of Art here at pizzamaking have the best overall understanding of Pizza in its truest form, Neopolitan.    Chiguy

It was art when Thomas Dolby recorded "She Blinded Me With Science", but he did it with such skill...Truly a master of his craft!

I bet he can't make a pizza though......
