I am knew to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself.

Hey Edan,

I recently got swamped with email questions about pizza when my site was picked up on a bunch of internet sites. One asked me about DC pizza and I sent them over to your place based on some pictures I saw of your pie. Looks great!

We make a DOC Neapolitan pizza as stated by the VPN. We also have some other pies and little things......I will post some pictures later when I am near my laptop.

  Welcome to the site!  I have found this site to be very informative and interesting.  I have no doubt that you will enjoy exploring the many threads.  I live over in Alexandria off 395 and have been to 2 Amys on a number of occasions.  I have been making pizza at home for the past 10 years or so, but just got into making my own dough, and baking on quarry stones.  I couldnt have done it without help from the folks on here.  Welcome again!
