Like I posted earlier, I'm trying to educate myself toward possibly having a shop of my own. And you hit a point that I was thinking of. I went to a Cubs baseball game this last summer. And after the game we walk around to take in the flavor of Chicago. Well, we ran into a hole in the wall pizza joint. Which I had to check out. He hardly had any advertising out front. Almost walked past it. But the guy was packed.
So when I went to go get a slice, I had a chance to talk to the operator. And he said he sells hundreds of pizza a day. But like you mentioned, he's only opened for the lunch crowd.
So who knows, maybe I can do something like that. But right now, I'm working on a business plan, experimenting, and learning a lot of great things on this web.
Thanks again Pete.
