I contacted Escalon the other day to inquire why my local Safeway removed 6-in-1 from the shelves. I received a call from the western region sales manager the same day and was told that he had already contacted the store manager and was getting things worked out.
He went on to give me his office and cell phone number and requested that I call him directly if I have problems locating Escalon products in the future.
I was impressed with the level of customer service and immediate response to my inquiry. It's nice to deal with a receptive company who genuinely cares about it's customers.
