As a long, long time pizza lover, I'm thrilled to have stumble across this forum and join in.
I've lived a long time here in the south with sub-par pizza (I grew up in Cincinnati), so I've experimented from time to time with home made
in a bid to enjoy my pizza more and more.
Some goals I hope to accomplish in this forum include...
FINALLY making my own homemade crust that is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. A thick crust.
Experiment with deep dish, ala the kind the original Pizza Inn in Cincy used to make. Yes, I saw the recipe on the site. How cool was that to see???
Last, and maybe my BIGGEST goal. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE A ZINOVER?
