Any info about the following italian sausages:
Cascioppo Italian Sausage (either mild or hot)
Isernio Italian Sausage (either mild or hot). This one seems to be available made with chicken as well.
Also, any thoughs on bulk vs. links? I was thinking bulk would be better, but if I get it in links, I could probably just defrost a little at a time rather than having to defrost 10lbs of it.
