For those that didn't get a chance to watch the show, and won't be able to watch the second airing tomorrow, it was interesting, but not impressive. The pizza owner extolled the virtue of using certified parmesan reggiano in his sauce. The rest was pizza making 101. Attached are some stills.
Sauce: This is where the owner talked about how parmesan reggiano made the sauce so good.
Dough: This is where the owner talked about the best way to form the dough.
Cheese: This is where the owner talked about his $1000 wheel of certified parmesan reggiano cheese.
Three Pizzas: Sicilian Style (Grandma's), Nona Maria, Traditional NY Cheese.
