Actually, your screenname is pretty catchy.  What's wrong with "Ozziepie?"  Or "Ozzie Pie?"

If I would/could not get sued... I would use "Gino's Pizza" all the way!!! :chef:
It's an Earth food. They are called Swedish meatballs. It's a strange thing, but every sentient race has its own version of these Swedish meatballs! I suspect it's one of those great universal mysteries which will either never be explained, or which would drive you mad if you ever learned the truth.

got told long time ago when i was a pup..never use a persons name in a business-gino's/peters/jacks/dougs,got told this by a man who runs and controls many business and has done quiet well for himself over the years...might stick too his advice 8)spose if you where intending too stay at the business till retirement it could be fine, but knowledge of the matter is it would make resale a bit harder..and im not for changing names on a business that is succeeding..

Now what about "The Crow Eater's Pizzeria" or " The Don's Pizza Place"  or "Fair Dinkum Pizzas" - you must admit , one of those would be uniquely Australian for your location that would not offend anyone.  PS do not serve crow on the pizza's  ;D.

Hi OzziePie,

Queensland - Brisbane here,  all the best for your pizza place and if I'm in South Australia I will make a special trip to your parlour - especially if ya call it after "The Don", best wishes.  For those who are not in the know "The Don" is an Australian Cricket legend  - Don Bradman who has since passed.  His batting average was nearly twice as good  to that of some the best players who have ever played the game internationally.

Regards,

looking at this gas brick rotating base oven as my second oven,we have opted to go 2  gas ovens..so we have the option too shut 1 down on slower nights.
