I'm not big on Chicago Style, but not once in a while I get the urge. Is there a rule of thumb for the correct amount of sauce? For example, how much sauce for a 13" pie?

I just used all 28oz of the 6-n-1 product on a 14inch pie and it seemed a bit overpowering in my opinion. I would think about 20 oz would be plenty.

I use the full 28 oz (drained) on a 15" pizza.
On over sizesd, I just look to cover the toppings.

I ended up using 1- 28oz. can of Red Pack crushed tomatoes in thick puree and 1- 14oz. can diced tomates (hand crushed) both throughly drained, on a 13" pie. Seemed to be just about right.
