Just a brief note to let you all know that as of last we do to new management, my employer for the last 9 years and I agreed to part ways.
As such a great deal of my time is now being taken up looking for a replacement source of income (ie a new job). So I still may not be around too much.
That being said in the last week I have made three different kinds of pizza and have loved them all.
The Chicago was great and I was able to achieve a flaky crust with canola oil.
The New York style got rave revues and the Pizza Hut pan turned out beautiful.
This week BBQ, so maybe i'll be on the pitcooking website.
