part of an Italian restaurant group.I passed bye their place in Mergelina (Napoli),but have not had their Pizza.They did participate in the Naples Pizzafest 2005.

The guy actualy opened a thread long time ago on this forum about getting his oven approved.... I reccomanded for him to talk to Il Pizzaiolo. That company is also behind the 2-3 business names that made the oven at Donna Margherita in London, which is now falling down.....

All the marketing bit around that company (it is a franchise) is all b......t. They have also opened a branch in London (Hampstead).

Yes I remember the post Marco and I was wondering if they were the same people.BTW how is Red Pepper in Maida Vale,did you ever try it?
