I am in US where we have just completed the installation of a Forno Napoletano oven. It is in my opinion, without doubt the most beautiful oven in America and arguably in the world...  pictures will follow soon.

I travel frequently for work and am always on the lookout for an interesting pizza experience... Tomorrow, I'll be hitting Sally's or Frank Pepe's in New Haven for dinner.. it's not Neapolitan, but it's still good...  Let us know more info about your customer so we can visit him for some good Neapolitan pizza.  Looking forward to the photos!

BTW, have you been to Spaccanapoli in Chicago yet?  Do you know who made their oven?

Don't want to hijack Marco's thread, but I just had to reply...   

Like Pftaylor, I travel alot as well (for work) and always make an attempt at hitting one of the hot spots when I'm out.  I happened on Spaccanapoli by accident early last year using the yellowpages...  funny, huh..  Anyway, I've been there twice now and taken the exact same tour that Pftaylor took.. chatted about the oven, with the pizzaiola, taken the tour in the basement to check the dough rising and the mixer as well... Johnathon is a super nice guy and puts out a super nice product.  Only criticism would be his wine list... Other than that it seems to me like it's closest you'll get to Napoli here in the states..  I hadn't seen Pftaylor's post before.. it's quite a read... still though.. he doesn't mention who built it... I guess a simple phone call could clear that up..

Here is one of a set of two ovens that have just arrived in London for a project I am working on and will let you know more in few weeks

As you may have seen from the other post, the place has now launched and served the first pizzas last Saturday. Our client had bought one of those laser gun to measure the temperature I was operating the oven on. It took less then 2 hours to bring the oven to my operating temperature and on the cooler spot on the floor to  approx 1004 Fahrenheit (540 Celsius), we could not measure the rest of the oven floor as that was the max temperature range of the laser GUN (540 celsius).
