Glad to see some pics around here again, I forgot to post my last one. Hell I even took some of my first Boston Butt I smoked last weekend and forgot to post them at the Pit Cooking site. ;D

Pull stretch?
Toss/spin stretch?

I ask because I like the look of the even thickness in your dough.
