Beer, preferably a brew from St. Arnold's brewery here in Houston, TX. I think their IPA goes great with pizza, as does their Amber Ale and Summer Pils. The Texas Wheat beer is good, too. So is the Lawn Mower beer (St. Arnold's version of a light beer). Of course the Brown Ale is great with a Spinach Pesto Pizza I make. Ever have a pizza with Canadian Bacon and comfit of onions with a really good chewy, yeasty crust? Oh, man, the Stout was made for it, all of those deep flavors.
