The guy at Neto Sausage Company in Santa Clara, CA (by SCU) was putting in an order for some Grande Cheese and bought the part-skim version instead of the whole kind... It's still pretty damn good, and he's selling it at $3.47/lb for the loaf which is cheap cheap.
