I am going to post this here even though I didnt use 00 flour. I used Gold Medal harvest all purpose, a pinch of yeast, salt, and two rises of the dough over 6 hours.
Well....okay,then.

Looks delicious!  I'm becoming a big fan of Harvest King.  Would you agree?

Photo's look great - around here (NE OHIO)  a Margarita pizza is just tomato slices - your pie looks like it has been topped with ground tomatoes - has it?
