Trying new recipe today
Pizza bread
sauce, mozzarella, parmesean, romano and pepperoni in the dough.
Going to have to try a test pizza with the dough if the bread is good.
I will post results and pics when finished.
Looks pretty good so far.

Horrible failure.
Had to toss the whole thing in the trash.
Dough had risen for 2 hrs. punched down then into bread loaf pan to rise for another hour.
In oven at 350 for 25 min, looked great.
Took out and top was browning nicely so I put it on the cooling rack and bam it deflated on me.
Exterior looked done however interior was as thick as it was when it went into the pan. Well almost as thick.
Can't figure out where I went wrong.
Never had a bread problem before. Had I cooked it too much longer the crust would have blackened.
Anybody got a clue?
Gonna try again anyway.
Dough would have worked for a pizza. Smelled fantastic and the little piece that I was able to eat was very good.

Have not had a chance yet, been getting ready for my sons b-day party on Sat. kept me kinda busy between things. but the recipe is still on a post-it note on my cupboard so it will be the next loaf made.
Thanks for asking,
I'll keep you posted on the results.

Ever try making Italian bread loves? Bake them, let them cool down. split, add sauce and cheese toppings, cooked additional toppings and put them under the broiler? A lot of the Pizza places in Chicago sell these and they're great for a quick fix.

Now, if we just tried it with pancakes, we'd have covered all the bases. LOL
