Many years ago when I visited Chicago, I went to Gino's East Pizza & loved it!
Does anyone know what size pans they use? There crust is very thick (thicker than 2 inches) if I remember correctly.
My husband & I want to try to make a Gino's East pizza & all of the photos I see of their pizza - the crust is rather thick?
Just curious if anyone knows....Thank you!
