If I make a double batch of dough can I freeze half of it? Would you wait untill after the raise? Thanks.

Holdem,
Throw you extra dough into quart size zip lock bags and put in the freezer before you let it rise. When you are ready to use the extra dough, put in the fridge over night until thawed. And then take it out of the fridge and allow it to get to room temp for about two hours before using. I use this process all the time.
