I'm looking for a true Lou Malnati's recipe

1st post, hello everyone!

Just moved to Colorado about a month ago from Chicago.  Being from the homeland, Lou's will always be my favorite.  Actually it was my last meal before I left.  I really would like to know if anyone has an accurate, tried and true recipe?

Funny.  He had the recipe on the main site but they made him take it off lol.

If you really like that particular pizza, you know they will ship it anywhere in the US?  I've never tried any pizza from those "real" pizza places.  It's always been pizza hut (which i love), dominos, and maybe anothe ror 2 bu tI'm thinking of having a malnati shipped out her eto try it out myself because they look really good.

I posted the above recipe to the main recipe page and I was contacted  by Malnatis and was told to remove it.  

I'm glad to see that Food Network still has it online. If you make the recipe, let us know how it compares to the real thing. For the tomatoes, I suggest using 6-in-1 tomatoes.
