I don't think any of us have had more pizza than scott has had lately.
The pizza looks very, very, good.     Chiguy

I am starting to wonder if there if my family is going to hit me up with one of those interventions I see on television for the other addicts.

I actually did sneak out and say I was just going to the grocery store when I checked out Pizzaiolo. >:D

I think that is the first sign of a true addict........ oh and I gained another 4 pounds.

What are you trying to improve on at this point?  On a side note, have you seen "Pursuit of Happiness" yet?  Don't want to give anything away but the main character ends up getting his big interview because he was able to solve the top selling puzzle of the 1982 holliday season.  The rubik's cube.  Thought that was interesting.  Peteg

Damn, and I was impressed with my 2 Sicilian (17x12) and four 17 inch NY style over the weekend.  I just realized I'm not even in the minor leagues yet!!!  <Grin>

Decided to push my oven to the extreme this past w/e.the first pic was done in less tha a minute and was not good.It was gummy beneath the sauce and had poor texture. The deck was consistently reading 950 degrees+ and the dome exceeded that.
I let the oven cool down somewhat to have the deck at around 750-780.The second and third pics are of the same Pizza cooked in around 9 seconds. It was ideal IMO with great eggshell like crispness and a nice char.Overall it was a little brown for what i'm looking to achieve, but i'm not sure what I want is attainable without a real neapolitan oven !The quest continues.....

David,
All three look great!  Have you posted pictures of your oven anywhere?
