 Hi diamondinvest,
Gourmet style pizza i assume, pretty good but the pictures look hazy or something? Maybe needed a little more light as well.
I was curious what is on the dessert pizza ?       Chiguy

Maybe your photos do not do your work justice?IMO They look a bit thin, overloaded and cracker like to me to be considered Neapolitan Style ,so you may get  more response if this was moved to another thread,

I agree with David. Should be moved somewhere else.

I have had several email exchanges with diamondinvest, who I believe is in Australia, and I know that he has been considering 00 flour. Once he responds to confirm what he is doing in greater detail in respect of the pizzas he has shown in his opening post, I will decide on where best the thread should be kept.

I am using 00 pizza flour for the base.
The top pizza is the Tuscan which has sausage, coppa, buffalo mozz and baby spinach leaves.
The middle pizza has goats cheese, walnuts, egg, parmesan and truffle oil.
The dessert pizza has banana and pineapple on a sweet base with a hint of ginger.

Sounds delicious mate!
I think this would spark some interest to the members who follow the "Dessert Pizza" thread, and maybe your other combinations would fit the California Style?
Anyway, just my opinion!Welcome to the Forum BTW.

what kind of set-up are you using? The ingredients you are using sound great, how did they taste compared to other pizzas you've eaten?  How are you building the dough?

I'm always curious how people put these things together.
