It is better than any chain, take and bake, or frozen pizza but I personally would not try to replicate it. The sauce is really sweet and the dough is pressed by machine. But for about 2 bucks after spending at least 300 it is not bad. I take that back. For the amount of money I spend there, I should get a free slice!!!! My guess would be a medium gluten bromated flour with lots of yeast, barley malt, and vegetable oil. The sauce taste like it has corn syrup in it. My kids love it of course. Up here they use the Pizza Pleezer pans to keep the dough crisp. IMHO avoid any pizza that is cooked in a conveyer oven.
