Steve Cracker crust???

Steve, you used to be the leader in Cracker crust development but of late, I have not seen you post anything.  What recipe are you using these days?

Still using the DKM formula. I haven't made any significant advances in my quest for the perfect cracker crust so I've been laying low. I'm also swamped at work (and at home) so I haven't been able to devote much time to pizza making.  :-\  Hopefully that'll change soon!

If you get a chance, try thr new Harvest King flour by Gold Medal in your cracker crust recipe, well other pizza recipes, I think you will be pleased with the results.
I have a cracker crust ready for tonight using this flour.
