New Round of Pizzas. I'm always open to feedback.

Here are 2 links to my latest pizzas.  There is a lot of photos.  Pizzas are corn/mushroom (shitake) with some basil and the pizza 008 collection is sliced tomato and cheese.  pretty simple but the 009 series and the 008 series come from the same dough.  008 is a 2 hour rise and the 009/010 are from a 2 day rise.  I got one more dough ball I will use tonight or tomorrow.  I'll add those to the thread.

the pizza 009 used a ball of mozz. that was really wet so the end result was really runny but tasted fine. 

010 used a normal store bought shredded cheese.  which usually results in a dryer and oily pizza in general but it was also tasty. 

This 2 day rise dough was really good, as always.  didn't brown up as much as the 008 pizza but tasted a lot different.

Here is the 3rd day in the refrig dough ball.  My last dough ball.  Probably the best.  I used the cheese on the bottom.  the dough wasn't completely warmed up when I threw it in the oven but it seemed to come out ok.
