Searching for High Gluten flour in Va Beach

Just wondering if anyone was in Va Beach and if so do you know where I can get high gluten flour.

Maybe we should start a list of citys and locations where we can get hg flour so we all don't have to hunt for it.

High gluten flour is rarely found at the retail level, so I think you will find that a foodservice company or a distributor may be your best option if you can find one in your general area willing to sell to you on a cash-and-carry basis. Some will do so but impose a minimum that may be hard to meet. However, if I recall correctly, you are thinking about getting into the pizza business. Many foodservice companies and distributors will sell to you if you tell them that you are considering starting a pizza business.
