There was a sign that stated closed for renovations. Maybe they took advantage of the August holidays to do them, unfortunately for me.
I did not take any pictures at Trianon.
Here are two pics, the last one is from Bojano, a town in Isernia and the first from San Bartolomeo in Galdo, a town in Benevento.
The pizzas were both excellent. The Bojano pie was a little too salty for my taste but the crust was excellent, Napoletana-style. The other was excellent but had a more crispier crust.
The other three are pizzas that I made on my trip in my cousin’s wood burning oven. Making my own pies helped me get over my Da Michele disappointment.
