Marco,
It is not my intent to be challenging you.

As I said before I have a lot of respect for you.  I believe you know exactly what you speak of.
Some time I would like the opportunity to work with you.

Above is a link from the VPN website.  For what it is worth.

Marco,
I will be emailing you hopefully this evening.

Shango,

That is what I am writing in this forum soince some times.. VPN in America is not well rappresented...

They have a mixer that none of the associated in Italy would use or recomend and use an oven that is crap. The documets and link I sent you are to the right VPN site in Italy.

Please take note as I am sure after all this "noise" they will do some corrections...

Ciao

are the rules used in america and the rules used in naples different?  do they have seperately developed rules/charters?  That's interesting and I'd be curious as to why they would allow that.

Well,
I don't know if VPN bends the rules...They just don't do ANYTHING at all..rule bending, enforcing, whatever..

It's frustrating being an American pizza man.

I am thinking of starting my own organization...True American Pizzaioli or something like that....(tongue in cheek).

Look for our Pizzeria soon..
Now looking for financial backing and a good oven....( ;D )

On another note.
If you like good music check out Sunn O)))
It will make your dough rise faster, honest.

yours in frustration,
