Yours look a little more wet after mxing than the ones I have tried.  I've been using a food processor.  I did have my best luck with my last try using 6.125 oz. of water.

Yours really looks good.  My daughter loves the crispy cheese only pizza.  She'd be all over that one.

Muskies anyone?

It's still very dry.

I'm with your daughter.  Love thin crust cheese pizza.

If you use a food processor, you can't get the 'look' of the fist couple of pictures.  It will look more like a moist cornmeal and it has to be pressed into a ball.

That's what I get.  Looks like cornmeal and I squeeze it gently into a ball.  The last one was just right, so if it ain't broke.....
