Back in the game!

I've haven't made pizza in about two months and after reading some of the posts I got going. This is what came out of the oven.

that crust on the pizza looks very very good, what type of dough did you make there ? ...

It's a dough made with 10% whole wheat flour. I made a starter a few days ago and cooked it in my home made oven. It looks very sustantial but it's very light and airy.

thanks for the info.

I was going to go out on a limb and say the dough looked like it was done with a starter,
just because it of the texture of the outer edges of the dough, but I didn't want to guess and look
like a dope, so I kept that inside.  I'm glad I was kind of correct.

Yeah that crust looks amazing, thanks again Ronbro.
