Peter,
How can I edit this opening statement. I would like to add when I add the remaining flour after the poolish is finished.

Let me know how this is done. How long do we have till we can't edit an entry?

MWTC,
You have a day to modify a post. If the post is older than a day, I can modify it if it is material and you tell me what you would like to add or change and where to make the addition or change.

Peter,
Please edit it as follows;
After this sentence, "Add remaining water, 280 grams, cold, right out of fridge, 38.5 degrees, plus the salt and oil."
Slowly stir to dissolve the salt, then add the remaining flour.
From this thread.

Plus add "up to" In the part that I said to beat 1 minute. So it should read, "Beat up to 1 minute."
Thank-you Peter.
