The wife got bored of the regular and asked for something different so I put together a white pizza based on Pete R. American Pie book. Here is a link to the photos

I'll probably use the basic white sauce again for some other pizzas. I used shitake mushrooms and some small yellow onions as a topping with the cheese.
I reckon in a chicago style using that cheese topping would be very good.
