A DKM UNO for lunch

I tried DKM recipie for the UNO and used a blend of Mozz and a very sharp provolone under the sauce and a sprinkle of Romano after it was done. I must say it turned out beter than expected. I liked the hand mixing and kneading. Makes it more personal too.

great looking pizza there. I love the look of the crust... that pie is right up my alley, as I love thick crust
like that.
