Looking for best Pizzeria in Princeton, NJ??????
« on: March 19, 2007, 02:44:42 PM »
Travelling to Princeton for business tomorrow, and probably won't have time to get into the city for a little slice of heaven (Joe's in the Village).  Any ideas on a good slice in/around Princeton??
Thanks!
Jeff

Olde World Pizza on Nassau Street is pretty damn good.  They have a brick oven and cook their pies at 700 F.  They use Fresh Mozz and San Marzano tomatoes.  I either recommend pepperoni or mushrooms as your toppings from them.  The pepperoni curls up and is great.  The mushrooms are super thin sliced portabellas that cook perfectly on pizza.  You gotta order a whole pie if you want a good slice though.  The ones that have been sitting out end up tasting just soso.  Easily one of the top pies in NJ though.
