Every now and again I love to make this classic.  Think I'll try it again today.

The rest of my family prefers it also and it's the best one to find out if your cheese, sauce and crust are just right.

Turned out really good.  I used the recipe from American Pie for the dough.

Put in the stone cranked the oven up to 550 for 30 minutes and went for it.

Since I was able to get 6 dough balls out of it my first one olive oil, light salt, pepper, and standard motz cheese.

My second was Pizza Margherita which was 6-in-1 tomatoes, fresh motz, fresh basil.

My third one was for my wife was 6-in-1 tomatoes, standard motz, a few pepperoni, a few canned mushrooms, an sprinkle of dry herbs.

The other 3 balls are waiting in the fridge.
